Happy Monday, friends! We hope you all had a fabulous weekend! We sure did! It started with a date night out to Il Pizzaiolo (one of my favorite restaurants here in the burgh) followed by the Phantom of the Opera downtown. It was so nice getting dressed up (I rocked heels – something I don’t do often when I’m NOT pregnant, so it was kinda a big deal lol) and getting out of the house – something we are guilty of not doing all that often this time of the year. The food was delicious as always and the show was pretty amazing. It was Mike’s first time seeing it, which made it even more fun!

Saturday we had the rest of our birthing class – for 6 hours! Although it sounds intense, it was actually really great and informative, and it went by pretty fast! Mike and I were definitely that couple in the class and we had our moments of uncontrollable laughter and fun. As intimidating as the whole giving birth thing is, I’m so thankful to have Mike by my side to keep me calm and keep me laughing! Can’t wait to see how the real thing goes down – hope it’s as fun as the class! Hah! Later than night, Mike was out on the town for a friend’s bachelor party so I stayed in and had a girl’s night with my friend whose husband was also at this bachelor outing. Frozen pizza, Coldstone and P.S. I love you – perfection, am I right?

Sunday after church we came home and finished some mini projects around the house and have officially finished the nursery! Yay! Pictures coming soon – we promise! We ended the weekend having Mike’s family over for dinner and the Pitt basketball game! Another great weekend in the books – and another weekend closer to meeting our baby girl!
