This month is going to be one crazy month for us! We knew it was coming, but now that it’s here, we’re trying to make sure we are keeping our priorities in check. It’s so easy to let these busy months come and go, and not think twice about working late, waking up early to get straight back to work again and not leaving any room for down time. We’ve got 5 more weddings to shoot this month, and while it’s easy to let that number intimidate me, I have to remember to work hard during works hours so I can “play” hard on my time off! Not only is this month busy because of work, but it’s busy because we have a lot of really fun and exciting things going on as well!

I also can’t let the busyness of this month be an excuse for me to not allow myself some quiet time in the morning (before I head into my office to check my email) OR to not go to the gym or go out to lunch with friends or go on a date night with my handsome hubby. Yes, there is a lot to get done, but I’ve come to learn that I am not nearly as productive if I just try to work, work, work, and not leave any time for me to relax and get rejuvenated! So here’s to a busy month, but one that is filled with new marriages, joy, patience, getting work done, working out and being in the Word.
