What a fun weekend it was! Friday night, I was a part of the photography team capturing all the amazingness that was “Night to Shine!” It was a special needs prom put on by the Tim Tebow Foundation, and our church was one of 200 that hosted a prom that night! I had the best time documenting what was truly the one of the best nights ever for the attendees! Saturday morning, I helped one of my good friends from high school move into to their new home – 8 houses down from us! We are so excited to have them as neighbors! Mike was on Emily duty both Friday night and Saturday morning, and let’s just say by Sunday, Emily was constantly waving to Mike and saying “dada!” I absolutely love seeing those two together! Saturday night, we had my high school besties over with their guys for a little triple date! We ate food (lots of food), drank wine, played games, and just had a great time together! Who says you lose your high school friends?! I’m so thankful for the loyal friendship I’ve had with these girls over all these years!

Sunday, we had a little Valentine’s Day date – Mike, Em and me. Mike made us pancakes (they were a huge hit for Em) and we spent the day enjoying this new kind of love that we’ve found as a family of three! Mike took me out to dinner at Palazzo 1837 Ristorante in Washington – it is always so refreshing going on dates with my hunk of a husband and being reminded of where this, all of this, started! So thankful for a guy who cares so deeply for me, our family, and loving and providing for all of us so well! Love you Michael Mish!
