We had the weekend off from shooting, and it was spent enjoying some much needed time with friends and family! We celebrated my brother-in-law’s 19th birthday Friday night! I still can’t believe he is off to college this week – he was in first grade when Mike and I started dating!! We went out for Hibachi (Em was terrified of the fire) then back to Mike’s parent’s house for ice cream cake (my favorite). Saturday morning Mike and I went to the Washington County Fair to show Em all the animals! She loved the rabbits, cows, pigs and goats – the roosters, not so much. They also had a petting zoo…Mike and Em loved it – I was a little scared of the 50 goats that swarmed us when we went in, but it was such a fun experience with Em! Saturday evening Mike and I had a little date night and went to our friends picnic and tailgate before ending the night at the Pirates game. Sunday we enjoyed a much needed day in, cleaning, hanging stuff up in Ethan’s room and just relaxing! It was a busy weekend, but so much fun! Em woke up with a fever this morning, so we’re praying she’ll be back to her spunky little self soon!
