This weekend was filled with friends and it was amazing! Thursday we had our Life Group Christmas Party – I know I’ve said it before but I love these people…they are my lifeline, and we are so thankful for their friendships! Friday night, I had my (14th annual) Christmas get together with my two best friends from middle school and high school! We went out to dinner at Girasole in Shadyside then ended the night at Coffee Tree Roasters, exchanging our homemade gifts! Side note: so thankful for my incredible husband who so willingly watches Miss Emily on nights like Friday when I get the chance to go out with my friends! Saturday I had a client meeting, and then we just got some stuff done around the house in preparation for my brother and his family coming in next week for Christmas. Later that night, we went to our friend’s (first married) Christmas party and had a great time with them as always. Another sidenote: huge thanks to Mike’s parents and my parents who are so willing to watch our baby girl so we can enjoy some time out together!

Sunday after church we headed to our friends’ (see, I wasn’t kidding about all the friends haha) house for dinner. While we don’t get to see these friends too often, we always have such a great time when we are with them!

That’s a wrap – another great weekend…busy, but so rewarding!

Oh and a quick little #mishcasa house update:

• They installed the cabinets and most of the countertops
• They installed a lot of the flooring…just waiting on carpet now!
• They poured the concrete slab for our porch and are pouring our walkway today
• They installed the bathroom vanities
