As most of you know by now, Monday posts usually consist of the highlights from our past weekend or sneak peeks from a wedding, but today (being the first business day of the month), we are going to share our monthly goals and happenings! I always find myself amazed at how fast February comes each year…January flies by after the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and February comes just in time for us to take down our Christmas decorations and actually start fresh with the new year! With February comes sweetheart candies, tax returns, traveling and a whole slew of other fun happenings, so let’s get to it!

Happenings

• 2 Engagement sessions (one of which took place this past weekend)
• Second shooting a wedding with my wedding photographer
• 3 client meetings
• Valentine’s Day – one of my favorite’s!
• UNITED conference in Santa Barbara
• Visiting my friend, Kristin, in Lehigh Valley for a weekend

Personal Goals

• Keep going to the gym 2-3 times a week
• Drink more water!
• Get quotes for a new driveway
• Look at new vanity options for our upstairs bathroom
• NOT spend all of our free time on the couch watching Dexter (our newest Netflix addiction)
• File our taxes
• Watch at least 2 of the movies up for best picture this year
• Sign up for a spring PSL (Pittsburgh Sports League) dodgeball team with Mike

Business Goals

• Book 2 wedding clients for 2015
• Set 2014 expense budget
• Finish the book “Purple Cow”
• Update my website galleries
• Start the process of a potential logo change and mini branding refresh
• Write out February and March blogging schedule
• Keep up with my PowerSheets (I find it ironic that I am setting a goal to keep up with my “goal sheets” but I gotta stay on top of things!)
