Oh, March! For some reason, it always seems to be such a blah kind of month…but not this year! There is a lot of fun and exciting things going on this month in the Mish household! But first, let’s take a look at how we did with our February goals…

• Go skiing (with this weather being so unpredictable lately, it’s hard to plan ahead with this one)
• De-wallpaper the main floor bathroom
• Continue going to the workout classes I’ve been attending with my friend, Krista
• Cut back on sugar (this one needs to happen, for real!)
• File our taxes (can’t wait to get this over with)
• Wake up earlier (this definitely didn’t happen!)
• Hang up all the frames and pictures we’ve been collecting for our gallery wall
• Finish my Dental Hygiene CE credits (I am halfway done with this, one more class on Sunday to finish my requirements)

• Finish “client lounge” website (it is finished, but we haven’t officially “launched” it yet)
• Add new section to our current website  (we added the “featured” page to our site)
• Continue to learn more about SEO and finish the book I’m currently reading about it! (I haven’t finished the book yet, but I am in an online class learning more about SEO)
• Keep up-to-date with my workflow board!
• Submit 2 weddings to be published
• Order new business cards
• Get my first 2 rolls of film from my Holga camera developed (I sent them in, just haven’t gotten them back yet)
• Update gallery images on website

I think we did better than we usually do! Now, on to this month!

March Happenings

• WPPI!!! We are so excited to head to Vegas for a week to meet and learn from some of the most amazing photographers in this industry.
• We have several client meetings this month.
• Three get togethers with some other local photographers!
• Tim Hawkins concert/show at our church.
• An engagement session for one of our August couples!
• This is my last month of working a full-time day job! SO exciting to be doing photography full time starting in April!

Personal Goals

• Eat less sugar.
• Wake up earlier.
• Take our little fur ball to the groomer!
• Finish our main floor bathroom – it’s a bold goal, but we’re up for the challenge.
• Fix garage door (or at least find out what the problem is).
• Watch at least 2 of the movies that were up for best picture this year.

Business Goals

• Launch client lounge website.
• Be outgoing while at WPPI and make lots of new friends!
• Create April blogging calendar.
• Continue planning our styled shoot that will be happening this spring!
• Update our chalkboard calendar!
• We have a few other exciting things in store (more details coming soon)!
