Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I am a wedding and creative branding photographer based out of Pittsburgh! Here you will find just about everything you need to know about me and my most recent work! Thanks for stopping by!
I am the worst at pulling out my camera to take pictures around the house (I’m working on it)…in the meantime, today’s post is courtesy of my handy dandy iPhone! When we bought our house almost a year and a half ago, there were a handful of upgrades that needed to happen, such as the bathroom, den and my office (you can find those updates here)! The kitchen was the final big upgrade that needed to happen, and we are excited to share the transformation with you all today!
When we moved in, it had pink walls, tan laminate countertops and almond appliances (that were in mediocre condition). We painted the walls the day after we closed on the house to a pretty gray/taupe color that we’ve grown to love! But with all the other expenses that came with buying a house, we put the rest of the kitchen on hold knowing it would be the most expensive upgrade we needed to make!

Well, after a Labor Day sale at Sears and a deal on granite countertops that we couldn’t pass up, our kitchen project that was supposed to take place a couple years from now happened this month!
(Sorry for the lack of “before” pictures…I promise, I am working on it)

We have always wanted a white kitchen and are still contemplating the possibility of painting these cabinets white, but aren’t sure if it’s worth it since this isn’t our “forever” home and these cabinets are still in great shape…
