I know we’re a couple days late, but it’s June! I cannot believe it’s already the month of summer! Where has this year gone? May flew by …5 weddings and all! June is a little more laid back for us as far as weddings go, but we’ve got plenty of things that are still keeping us busy this month! Let’s take a look!

Happenings:

• Weekend getaway to Sevens Springs with the Life Group
• Road trip to Chicago for Wrigley Field (ballpark #15)…the perfect stadium for our halfway mark!
• Three engagement sessions, two weddings and one anniversary session!
• Smiles for Africa event of mini sessions to raise money for Welcome the Children
• Father’s Day and my mom’s birthday

Business Goals:

• Launch Lace and Loyalty Shop (not a photography business goals, but it still counts)
• Finish a new piece I’m adding to our client’s welcome gift!
• Track mileage (I’m embarrassed to say how behind I am with this)
• Purchase another off-camera lighting set up for Mike
• Submit some of our most recent weddings for publication

Personal Goals:

• Get back to the gym on a regular basis (I’ve gotta get more serious about this one)
• Start my day off with God by reading and praying (it’s easy during this busy season to put it on the back-burner but I’ve been missing that time lately)
• Meal plan…I know, I know…you’ve seen this one here before (many times before), but with how crazy life has been and will continue to be throughout these next couple of months, I’ve gotta starting doing a better job with this
• Fix our poor flowers that have flopped over in our new flower bed
• Take Elly to the groomer
