I probably could (and some day just might) write a book about how awesome this woman is that I call Mom! But today, I am wishing the most amazing woman I know the happiest of birthdays!

Mom, where do I even begin? It’s because of you that I have grown to be the woman I am today…it’s because of your love, your support, your encouragement and your example of what it looks like to be a woman after God’s heart! I’m so thankful for all the amazing memories I’ve shared with you…the slumber parties, the bedtime songs, the baking, the camping, the David Archuleta concert(s), the Shirley Temple movies, the shopping, and the real, authentic conversations we’ve shared and continue to share! You are caring, selfless, humble and truly the most amazing woman I know. You put everyone else’s wants, needs and desires above your own, and I consider it the biggest honor to be your daughter! I can’t wait to one day love our kids the way you’ve loved us and teach them the many things I’ve learned from you. Thank you for loving me when it seemed like no one else did. Thank you for being an example of true friendship. And most of all, thank you for showing me what it looks like to follow hard after God, through thick and thin, through the good times and the hards times and to trust Him with all things! I have SO much to be thankful for because of you! Happy Birthday, Mom! Here’s to many more years of love, happiness, and laughing till we cry!
