It’s official, July was the fastest month for us so far this year…probably because it was jammed pack with so much goodness! But still, we cannot believe it is already August! With August comes another busy month, but one that we are really looking forward to, so without further adieu…here’s what’s happening in August:

• 4 Weddings (that we are super excited for)
• 5 Sessions (portraits, maternity and engagements)
• Camping with our life group!
• Finalizing our cruise vacation with the life group for November!
• Pirates game thanks to Kate and Rob!
• Matt Mish turns 16!!! What?!

Personal Goals

• Get up to a 5 mile run as I continue training for my 10K next month!
• We totally failed on the whole “meal planning” thing for last month (it might’ve been because we never seemed to be home for dinner), so we’re going to try that again this month!
• Do not buy any new clothing items for myself (and stay within my spending budget this month…I got a little too excited last month! That probably means I should avoid Target and J Crew!)
• Go on more family walks (with Mike and Elly that is)
• Get to a Cinema in the Park movie…just like the good old college days!

Business Goals

• Complete a couple things I’m working on for my brides!
• Finish 2 books I’ve started!
• Create a subscription and newsletter signup for my avid blog readers (aka our parents)
• Plan a mini session where the proceeds to go to Africa again (I’m hoping to announce the date and info soon)!
• Follow through on some DIY projects I’ve been eyeing up (and blog about them, of course)!
• Order a new Kelly Moore bag (can’t decide yet which bag will be my next purchase)
