It’s no secret that Mike and I have quite the sweet tooth. Well, lately we’ve been satisfying that sweet tooth with these easy and epic (gluten free) peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (recipe thanks to my sister-in-law, Rachel). We’ve been making these for just about any excuse we can come up with…client meetings, gifts for friends, life group, you name it…all while keeping a couple extra behind for us to enjoy! Let me first say that “gluten free” doesn’t always mean healthy. Now that we’ve got that covered, let’s take a look.
Ingredients (makes about 18 cookies)
Directions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together in medium size mixing bowl with rubber spatula (adding the chocolate chips in last)
Spoon onto ungreased baking sheet
Bake 12 minutes
Let cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes
