Today marks our 300th blog post! It’s still kind of surreal thinking back on how this all began, and we owe it to you guys…our loyal and loving friends, family and fans! In honor of 300 blog posts, we wanted to have a little giveaway to say thanks! We will have two winners…one lucky winner will receive a $25 gift card to Etsy (y’all know I love me some Etsy) and the other winner will receive a $25 gift card to Burgatory (one of our absolute favorite restaurants…p.s. you have to promise you’ll try the salted carmel pretzel milkshake). If you are from out of town, have no fear, you will be able to pick the restaurant of your choice if you win! The winners will be chosen at random and announced on Wednesday, March 20th!

I love comparing the engagement posts to the couple’s wedding posts! Might be fun to do a comparison in one blog – or at least put one of their engagement shots in with their wedding pictures. It’s fun to see their different styles and I love all the neat wedding ideas! I love the jewelry pictures you do (wedding rings especially). And the fun reception shots where everyone is just having a good time!
I like the DIY blogs the most because i like to do DIY stuff as well.
2. One post I would like to see that I think would benefit your company is to tell us about what goes into making an album. The behind the lens stuff like editing and printing. How much you guys enjoy going threw all the photos at the end of the night after a wedding.
My favorite blogs are Ellie blogs! She’s just to cute! Also love the wedding blogs. Being one of your brides I love to see what your others are doing
As a fellow photographer, I love your wedding photography tips/insights. It’s fun to see the similarities and differences. Seeing new things or other tricks of the trade is always beneficial. Keep up the great blogging & consistency…. I don’t know how you do it. :)
The posts about bridal tips and tricks are my favorite… I feel like such a lost bride to be, they always help me have those “a-ha” moments. I also love the engagement and bridal posts, it’s awesome to see how love shows uniquely from couple to couple
I have to say I love the engagement & wedding posts – you and Mike do such a wonderful job, your photos are always gorgeous!
My fav is def the photo shoots! Including your puppy she is just too darn cute!
I like the tips for the photographer. As a busy mom with 3 littles ones any tips are helpful, as the change so much at this age I try and capture as many pictures as I can on my own. I’d love to see more of your family sessions on the blog!

I love the wedding and engagement sessions. It makes the excitement for my own wedding even greater. And with every gorgeous photo you and mike post, ensures me you know how to capture love. I’m so proud of you guys. I can’t wait to see the moments you capture from our wedding this summer. It takes love to show love. Keep up the good work! I’d love to see blogs about poses or backgrounds or places to take photos. Or Things that can enhance a photo if you don’t have much to work with. Food for thought :)
I love the personal posts! I love pictures of elly, and I think it helps your clients to get to “know” you more and feel more comfortable around you! It also shows your love for each other and is a ministry to all those who read!
