When Amanda emailed me a couple months ago about their engagement and inquiring about us photographing their wedding, it brought back so many memories! You see, my brother was quite the actor…he grew up performing in shows all around town and one place that he performed at quite often was a quaint theater in our hometown, Little Lake Theater. And, as a young gal who looked up to her brother, I wanted to be in a show as well, so I auditioned and got the role as a school girl in the play “The Little Princess.” And this, my friends, is where I met Amanda about 13 years ago. We were co-school girls in the show together! Fast forward to today and I am so glad a mutual friend of ours pointed her to my blog, and that we will be photographing their wedding next August! I love how this business has brought so many friends, new and old into (and back into) our lives! We loved our time with Amanda and Mike on Tuesday for their Pittsburgh engagement session! These two are so smitten together…every time we asked them to look at each other they lit up and had the biggest smiles ever! That kind of love is contagious, friends!
