Wow, wow, wow! What a wedding! What a happy bride! And what a great bridal party! Mike and I had such a great time spending the day with Paige, AJ and their friends and family! So many personalities, so much fun!

Long story short…My mom and I ran into Paige, her sister Tara, their friend Mindy and her mom, Kathy at a David Archuleta concert in Pittsburgh 2 years ago. A couple months later, and we run into them again…in OHIO, for another David Archuleta concert (don’t you judge us)! At the first concert, I kind of did a double take when I saw Paige and knew that I recognized her from somewhere. We started talking and realized that we both go to the same church. We became Facebook friends and the rest is history. Just kidding, but really…about a year later, she asked me to photograph her wedding. She was another one of my brides who had just started seeing my work early on and took a leap of faith asking me to photograph her wedding when I had only photographed 2 weddings at that point. And for that, I am forever grateful! She has become a friend over the last year…and that is exactly what I love most about what I do! It was so great seeing her grinning ear-to-ear that Saturday morning continually saying, “I’m getting married today! I can’t wait to just see him! I can’t wait to marry my best friend!” Can I just tell you how much I love hearing that! I felt the same way on my wedding day, and it brought me right back to that sweet day a year ago that I married Michael!

Paige and AJ, you make such a beautiful couple, and I am so excited to see how God blesses your marriage! Mike and I wish you all the best and hope to keep in touch!
