We have been overwhelmed by everyone’s amazing support as we’ve announced that there will be a Mini Mish joining us in 6 short months! We can’t thank you all enough for your love and encouragement! Today we just wanted to answer a handful of questions we’ve been getting asked most frequently!

How far along am I? 15 weeks and 3 days (but who’s counting?!)

When is my due date? April 12, 2015

Have I been sick? Praise the Lord, I have not been sick at all. Seriously, I couldn’t be more thankful for this. I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through our 5 weddings in August if I was sick.

What pregnancy symptoms did/have I experienced? Truthfully, not many. Exhaustion is probably the main one, but Mike also says that I have been forgetting more things lately…pregnancy brain? I hope not! I can’t afford that lol

Are we going to find out the gender? We are. Both of us are just too excited and too much of planners to keep it a surprise! We also figure that we have already experienced enough uncertainty in this pregnancy so far AND having a baby is going to bring enough surprises of it’s own…am I right?! We do, however, hope to keep it a surprise until we announce it at our shower! (People have bets that we won’t be able to keep it a secret that long, so we’ll see!)

Do we think it is a boy or a girl? Well, if we go based off all those old wives tales and myths, it’s looking more and more like a girl, but we can’t rule out a little baseball slugger in there quite yet!

What have I been craving? As much as I wish I could say that I have been craving fruits, vegetables and all things healthy…the truth is I wake up excited for my daily dose of easy mac for lunch! And while I’m not sure I can blame my ice cream cravings on this pregnancy, I have been enjoying my fair share of ice cream (but that’s nothing new)…oh and chocolate covered pretzels too!

Am I still shooting weddings? Of course! We are cutting back to 15 weddings next year, so we are already completely booked. But will start booking for 2016 here soon!

Do we have names picked out? Yes! We’ve had a running list of names we’ve liked for oh…about 8 years now! Crazy that all this is real and we can finally put one of those names to use!

Are we still going to Europe? We are!!! We got the go ahead from our doctor last week after the surgery!

Did we really get the CR-V because we were pregnant? Yes and no. We have said all year that we would get an SUV before winter hit again (because our driveway is a beast), but we did make the purchase after we found out we were pregnant!

Do we plan on staying in our house? For now, yes. Our home is plenty big enough to welcome in one little Mish, but by the time a second little one comes along, we will be looking to move.

First signs of a little bump: 12 weeks…when Mini Mish was the size of a plum!
