Another one of my favorite things to photograph on a wedding day is the bride and groom portrait session between the ceremony and reception (or before the ceremony if the bride and groom choose to do a first look). I love this “WE’RE FINALLY MARRIED!!!” moment, and I love nothing more than to be there to capture it! The way the bride and groom look at each other and the sweet little words they whisper to each other…these are the pictures they are going to frame…these are the pictures that will remind them (5, 10, 50 years from now) how they felt right there in that moment! I seriously can’t help but get excited and giddy during this part of the wedding day! It’s just so great!

That being said…I can’t stress enough the importance of setting aside enough time on your wedding day for this portrait session!  You won’t regret it!
