Some of you may remember me mentioning a future DIY project in a post a while back. Well, as things start to slow down for us, we are able to get back to some DIY projects! This project was inspired one weekend while I was visiting my friend. We were over her sister’s house and I fell in love with her “plate wall.” I absolutely loved it, so the rest of that weekend I kept my eyes open for fun plates…and I found these at TJ Maxx, Target and some antique stores! It took a little while for us to get to this project, but I love how it turned out! It adds a little something extra to our dining room wall!

First, we started with some super glue and picture frame backings…

Then, Michael (my engineer) measured the plates and hooks…

We taped newspaper to the wall to mark each plate’s spot…

Then we nailed in some hooks and hung up the plates!
