Choosing outfits for your engagement session can be stressful! Today I wanted to share a couple tips to help make that process a little easier!

1. This may be a given, but choose outfits that you feel good in! When you are wearing something that you are comfortable in, you will notice the confidence and comfort in the photos!
   
2. Coordinate but don’t match. What do I mean? Pick a color, and each of you can choose different ways to wear that color to balance each other out. For example, if he is wearing a plaid shirt with navy and gray in it, you can wear a navy dress with maybe a gray cardigan?
   
3. Add some accessories! One of my personal favorite accessories is a statement necklace, but feel free to add in whatever you like – perhaps a scarf, a cardigan or a bowtie for him.
4. Don’t be afraid to get dressed up. Something that makes my heart go pitter patter is when a couple shows up in a chic cocktail dress or a well-tailored suit! It’s not very often you get pictures taken together, so feel free to go all out!
