Last Friday I had the opportunity to photograph such a sweet baby boy. Christa is such a sweetheart, and when she contacted me asking to take newborn pictures for them, I felt incredibly honored and anxiously awaited the email to hear that they had welcomed baby Frederick into the world. Both Mike and I have known Christa and her family for years, so that definitely added even more excitement for this shoot!

Our style of newborn sessions is more of a family session than anything else…photographing the new-ness of a sweet child in the arms of their parents. I had such a great time with Christa and Bryan, documenting them with their newest addition to the family! It was such a joy capturing their love for Frederick, each other, and this new journey they are on together.
