How are we already a quarter of the way into 2017?! An even better question – how is it already the month of my daughter’s second birthday?! Wow! I am excited for what’s in store this month and am feeling ambitious with my goals, but first let’s take a look and see how we did in March?

• Keep up with a healthy diet – I’ve still got 7 more pounds to lose – it’s not coming off as easily as it did with Em, but I’m determined to get back to where I want to be – although I did a 10 day sugar detox and started the 21 day fix diet, I still have some work to do, but am excited about the progress!
• Finish Present Over Perfect and start a new book
• Commit to 3x/week of quiet time and continuing using my prayer journal – Gah! I wish I could cross this off as a success but truth is I’ve been averaging 1 day a week of true quiet time and getting in the word. As much as I want to blame it on my daughter not sleeping and the million other things gong on – there really is no excuse and I need to be making it more of a priority!
• Spring cleaning – specifically: clean the windows, wash the carpet and clean out the garage – I cleaned the windows but that’s about it – we’ll shoot for the rest next month when it’s actually a little nicer out
• Paint the guest bathroom
• Finish the framing and start the electrical in the basement – Framing is done and we got several electric quotes for the basement – now we just have to pick which one we want to go with and move forward
• Add a couple features to my blog – I unfortunately didn’t get around to this
• Blog 2x/week

Ok! Let’s see what we want to get done in April:

• Finish the 21 day fix diet – I’m down another 3 pounds and hoping to drop 4 more by the end of this month
• Finish reading Uninvited and finish listening to the Simply Parenting
• Clean out the garage and basement
• Finish the electricity and drywall in the basement (this is a big one guys!)
• Don’t go on my phone after 8:00 PM – this is another big one…really hoping I can stick to it!
