Mike has been out of town this weekend on a golf trip, so it’s just been us three ladies in the house. I was looking forward to getting out of the house more with Em this weekend but the unfortunate weather didn’t allow for that. Friday night we had a fun girl’s night in with my two besties from high school – I always love catching up with those two! Saturday was pretty laid back – I napped while Em napped (both times!!!) – was nice allowing myself to just relax and not put the pressure on myself to get everything else done on my to do list. Saturday afternoon our neighborhood had a little egg hunt (it was postponed due to the weather on the day it was originally scheduled for), but it was crazy windy up here on this hill so we didn’t stay long. And Saturday night my parent’s invited me and Em over for dinner – always nice getting cooked for! Sunday after church I had two client meetings – tis the season! And I ended the weekend reading some really great parenting books I recently picked up! Still can’t believe we almost have a little toddler! That’s a wrap for us! We can’t wait to have Mike home today!!

Because…is there anything cuter than a sweet sleeping baby?!
